i just put it in office ... juz chew it when i want.. no need store in fridge btw, since it 500 biji in 1 botle.. i suggest u transfer partially into another smaller container.. otherwise.. the whole bottle will easily contaminate by mositure.... dunno when send in the PO... maybe nex month gua...

Re: Jin Han hmm..ya.. vitamin E is high in antioxidant.. but do u know that grape seed in high in antioxidant oso.. more 20-50 times than vitamin C and Vitamin E. For my suggestion.. is better we take wholesome food rather than eat tablet.. Cos Finnish done a research on eating wholesome food or vitamin pill is better to prevent heart disease and cancer.They use 43million US dollar and separate 29000 smokers in 2 group..after 8 years, found that ppl who take vitamin A and Vitamin E pil get heard diasease n cancer is 18-50% more than ppl who take wholesome food leh. my post here dunno will explorer a war here or not leh.. hehe

hahaha... there r sumthing like functional food, which the food is concentrated with the nutrition...
ok, feed back the qsn.. the tablet is well recognized as a functional food.. due to it good and esaier absorption after we taking it..
as far as i concern, I guess we doens't need the much (30 - 50 x) antioxidant per day, it really overdose. There is a limit for the consummtion of Vitamin E, and if we in-taking the tablets, with a known concentration, its very safe~!
2ndly, the heart attack and cancer, i dun thnk tat cuz by taking in the tablets, but a lot of side effects. As the example given, a smoker, no matter how much vitamin E he takes, until one day.. he will suffer the Lung Cancer too. Its all base on the physical and psychological factor.

ya.. u oso know that overdose got side effect..but we cant know for a ppl izzit overdose right? actually got limitation to eat per day..but remember d dosage write behind d bottle is for a man which 2000 kalories per day..how abt a woman? a child? so if they take same consumption with man, thn it is overdose for woman n child. in addition, for example.. d hormone for a ppl in different day got different level of hormone tat produced by our own.. like a gal.. sometime high and sometime low.. so if i eat vitamin C everyday 1.. so i dunno whether it's not enough for tat day or too much oh..
abt the Finnish research.. we take smoker cos they got higher risk in getting lung cancer.. so if a smoker like to eat fruit n vegetable more.. so he can lower the risk to get cancer compare with smoker tat dun like eat fruit n vege..ya, correct. we oso need to take care of physical part n phycology part.. need to hv enough sleep, good emotion, regular exercise beside balanced diet..
oh.. for the grape seed..the OPC high in antioxidant.. if a vitamin is in wholesome type.. it displayed as 3D situation.. but if it's abstracted using chemical process..thn it become 2D.. just like wat we learn in Bio.. extra vitamin A pil, pregnant women will get abnormal child.. but if a woman eat few carrot a day (d vitamin A inside carrot aredi over the vitamin A quantity per day), d pregnant woman wont get abnormal child. So it mean tat if we eat much wholesome food, it jus a waste n wont get side effect.

hehe...u all no need to worried! this all fussy things can be manage by ur pharmacist ( taking time to promote my professionnal)!! actually anything that u are not sure about drugs and supplement,u can always c a pharmacist, after all its free of charge!!hehe everything has its proand cons, supplement always has its place to stay, a healthy person is advise to gain thier nutrition through natural food, but some person may need extra nutrition like pregnant woman, elderly, children, sick people.. then they need this supplement to reach the extra requirement. but nowadays many ppl din eat balance diet, so ithink supplement may do some advantage to them...hehe..like me!! BUT, elderly person i do agree on taking supplement esp, antioxidant, vitamin ABC, calcium... another issue is--LADIES pls be aware that its better to start taking Calcium now as calcium absorption require estrogen to assist, so its wiser to take CA nw than after menopausal!
